No. Your briefs, drafts and published pages are used to run your workspace and nothing else. This is written into our terms, and account data is deleted on request.

Professional and Agency customers get a guided setup session covering topic maps, brand voice profiles and approval steps. Starter customers get a written setup guide and email support.

No. Connecting WordPress needs an application password, which takes about four minutes and is documented step by step. Everything else is form-based.

Yes. Seats are included from Starter upward, and each document has an owner, a reviewer and a comment thread.
