Billing questions
Before you pick a plan
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep the allowance you paid for.
One generated output counts as one document, whether it is a full article or a metadata pack. Regenerating a single section does not consume a second document.
No. Allowances reset on your billing date. If you regularly finish the month with a large surplus, a smaller plan is probably the better fit.
Major credit and debit cards for all plans, and bank transfer for annual Agency contracts. Invoices are available from the billing screen.
If something is not working as described in your first 14 days, contact support and we will refund that period. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
