Terms of Service
The agreement between you and AutoBlogJet LLC when you use the product.
Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and AutoBlogJet LLC. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Plans, billing and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Document allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
If something is not working as described, contact support within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to produce or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, or that impersonates a person or organisation. You also agree not to attempt to bypass usage limits, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or resell access without a written agreement.
Automated publishing does not remove your responsibility for what appears on your site. You remain the publisher of record.
Your content
You keep ownership of the briefs, keywords and documents you create. You give us a limited licence to store and process them so we can operate the service for you. We do not use them to train models or share them with other customers.
Generated content
Drafts are produced by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, originality, disclosure requirements and compliance before publishing. We make no guarantee about search rankings, traffic or revenue.
Service availability
We aim for high availability and monitor scheduled publishing continuously, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless you have a written agreement that says otherwise. We may perform maintenance and will give notice where reasonably possible.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from the billing screen. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, presents a security risk, or has unpaid invoices, and will give notice unless doing so would create a legal or security problem. Exports remain available for 30 days after closure.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Replace this clause with the jurisdiction that matches your registered entity before launch.
